Starting a Student Organization--HOW?

Could anyone please tell me how to go about starting a student organization? Apparently you have to be in one to have a charitable bake sale or related event to raise money for children in Sudan these days.

Counseling Services for the disabled

An acquaintance asked me to pass on this info.

There is a counseling service available to disabled people, their families, caretakers, and others effected by their condition at New Horizons Independent Living Center. These are group sessions. I think they are $3 a piece so it won't break a bank and they are professional sessions.
