Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society
Mission: Alpha Omega Alpha is the only national honor medical society. Its mission, developed over the past one hundred years, has been to recognize and enhance professionalism, academic excellence, service, and leadership within the profession of medicine. The Gamma Chapter of Louisiana is one of three chapters in the state, the other two being at LSUHSC New Orleans and Tulane Medical School.
